the sun lowers itself through

trees in the forest
देर दोपहर

an annoying fly

stalks across my window pane

obliterating the mountain
एक तंग करती मक्खी
मेरी खिड़की के काँच पर चल रही
पहाड़ अदृश्य कर रही






while cycling, telling
my wife to keep her mouth closed

I swallow a fly
साइकिल चलाते, कहा
अपनी पत्नी को मुँह बन्द रखो
मैं एक मक्खी निगल गया
